We welcomed the participants of the 2025 French-Czech-Slovak Winter University
The excursion to VUJE gave young professionals from four countries, including Ukraine, an insight into the world of nuclear research and diagnostics.

The open day of the Division for Diagnostics of Nuclear Power Plants of our company, VUJE, a. s., for students from France, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, and Slovakia was attended by representatives of the French Embassy, FEI STU, and the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, as well as leading international companies and institutions such as EDF France, SSTC NRS Ukraine, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, IPP – Centre LCC, the Czech ÚJV Řež, and the French I2EN.
The participants of the 2025 French-Czech-Slovak Winter University were given a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge in the field of non-destructive testing and materials research, particularly in the context of assessing the integrity of nuclear reactor structural components. They also had the chance to explore the design and development workshops of the VUJE manipulators for non-destructive testing, as well as the materials laboratory, where the most advanced diagnostic technologies used in evaluating materials in nuclear industry were presented.
The French-Czech-Slovak Winter University is organised within the framework of the European DELISA-LTO project aimed at extending the lifetime of nuclear power plants without compromising the safety.
During the exceptional excursion of young experts and leading representatives from the energy industry of four countries, the professional expertise and cutting-edge technological capabilities of VUJE, a. s., were highly appreciated by all participants, confirming the significance of our company in the field of research and diagnostics of nuclear facilities.
